I've been selfshipping unofficially for a long time, but I started using the term officially around 2021. I selfship mainly because of my wonderful girlfriend who's my number one selfship fan, and is a selfshipper herself, too.

I indulge this mainly in private, but I do identify very heavily with Lyney Snezhevich. I don't feel comfortable divulging more than that, but don't be too surprised if I fumble over my words and refer to us as if we are one in the same.
